Power Supply Unit

Drip Unit

include drip cylinder, drip nozzle, counting device, drip counting device, drip control

device, drip volume measuring tool.

•Removable Platinum electrodes,convenient for cleaning, grinding purposes or

replacement. Electrodes flat view, 5mm wide, 2mm thick, platinum with minimum

purity 99.9%, with 30-60 ° angle tips at both ends.

• Electrode load on sample can adjust to 1.00N±0.001N,electrode distance

4.0mm±0.01mm,angle 60 ° ± 5 ° the height can be adjusted by adjusting the fulcrum

pin.

• Removable dripping unit enables easy cleaning. Dripping dispenser with

electromagnetic valve is made of three main components that can be simple

dismantled: electromagnet valve, solution cylinder and drip nozzle.Drip unit height is

adjustable and drip nozzle can be dismantled for cleaning or replacement.

• Solution cylinder is transparent to ensure the contents is clearly visible. It has level

markings for convenient operation.The cylinder can be dismantled for cleaning.

一、简介

漏电起痕测试是用于评价固体绝缘材料表面在电场和污染介质联合作用下

的耐受能力,测定其相比电痕化指数 (CTI ) 和耐电痕化指数 (PTI)

符合标准要求包括:DIN EN 60112,IEC 60335-1, IEC61058-1, IEC60065,

IEC60669-1, IEC60884-1, IEC60950-1, IEC61010-1, BS1363, IEC60598-1,

IEC60320-1, IEC60898-1, IEC60400, IEC60238, IEC60730-1, UL746A, DIN53480,

ASTM D 3638-92, VDE 0303, DIN 53480

漏电起痕测试仪是在固体绝缘材料表面,在铂金电极规定的距离之间,施加

一电压并定时 (30s) ,滴下规定液滴(50 )的导电液体,用于评价固体绝缘材

料表面在电场和潮湿或污染介质联合作用下的耐漏电性能,测定其相比电痕化指

(CTI) 和耐电痕化指数 (PTI)。另外设备结构允许通过微调测试电压、电流

限制、关闭时间、液滴大小和液滴数量进行精确的测试。该装置为全自动电子控

制,测试电压最高可以调整到 1000V

   

二、漏电起恒测试仪包含两个单元

 

电源装置

包括电压表、电流表、延时过电流继电器、电源连接线、按钮开关和几个信号指示器。

 

滴液装置

包含滴液壶,滴液喷嘴,滴液计数装置,滴液控制装置,滴液体积量

具等;

可拆卸铂电极,便于清洁、研磨或更换。电极尺寸,宽 5mm,厚 2mm 厚,纯度不低于 99.9%的铂金,两端都是 30-60°角的尖头。

电极对样品压力可调,并能调节到(1.00N±0.001N);电极距离 4.0mm±0.01mm

夹角 60°±5°,可通过调节支点销来调节高度。

可拆卸滴水装置,便于清洁。带电磁阀的滴液器由三个主要部件组成,可简单

拆卸:电磁阀、溶液瓶和滴嘴。滴液器高度可调节,滴嘴可拆卸清洗或更换。

溶液瓶是透明的,以确保内容物清晰可见;它有水平标记,便于操作;也可以

拆卸气缸进行清洁。

•LED 灯安装在滴水装置内,可更轻松地精确调整机械参数

测试室透明门可进行观察测试。

测试室安全保护系统-安全门打开时,测试和高压输出会停止。

样品台:样品台升降调节系统,玻璃板,总厚度≥4mm
